Will I need to pay sales tax on my order?

Not at this time. I am still considered a "small seller" in BC, so I am not required to collect PST or GST/HST. It's as though you were buying from me at a local craft fair.

What does shipping cost?

To save my Canadian customers shipping costs, my items are light enough and flat enough for me to send via Canada Post oversized lettermail, which does not include tracking. I charge a flat rate of $3.50 for orders sent to Canadian addresses. Orders over $30 CAD (after discounts) ship free within Canada.

When will I get my stuff?

Orders are shipped from BC within 1-2 business days, and should take from 2-6 business days in the mail, possibly longer for areas farthest from BC and remote areas.

I trust our posties, but on rare occasions, things may go wrong. Orders not received within one month are presumed lost. Please contact me if this happens, so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

International

I am only shipping to Canada, Australia & New Zealand at the moment.

I have had to pause selling to US customers until I can figure out how to collect and remit the tariffs required by the US government. I am also looking into into how to ship to the UK.

Flat rate shipping to Australia & New Zealand via non-tracked packet is based on total amount of order after discounts as follows (all amounts in CAD):

• up to $49.99: $10
• $50 to $99.99: $5
• $100 and over: free

Delivery is usually within 6-12 business days, unless there are delays going through customs.
